Strange files in the KStars Documentation Website

thanks for deleting these files.

There is still an error in the gnu-fdl.rst file, on line 411: there are 
two characters with incorrect encoding that should be removed.

Current text on line 411:

|"Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Siteâ"(or "MMC Siteâ" means any |

Fix text on line 411:

|"Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site"(or "MMC Site" means any Again,
