Strange files in the KStars Documentation Website

Hi,

in the KStars Documentation Website, user_manual directory [1] there are 
3 suspicious files:

https://invent.kde.org/documentation/kstars-docs-kde-org/-/blob/master/user_manual/.!5459!gnu-fdl.rst

https://invent.kde.org/documentation/kstars-docs-kde-org/-/blob/master/user_manual/.!5473!gnu-fdl.rst

All 3 files have the same content, and this content is partially from 
other file on the same directory [2].


But this file [2], has some non ASCII characters:

"Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site�"(or "MMC Site�"...

Please, could you fix the non ASCII characters in gnu-fdl.rst?


I think the 3 suspicious files are a temporary files created on the 
migration to new doc website, and they aren't used in the new website. 
So, could they also be removed?
