KStars v3.8.0 is released

Hello all,

Happy to announce the release of KStars v3.8.0 that comes with a lot of
features and improvements especially when it comes to Live Stacking. The
release is available for Windows & Linux, and unfortunately despite our
best efforts, the MacOS release is delayed until issue with code signing in
KDE CI infrastructure is hopefully fixed soon.

KStars is also available on Flathub for both x86_64 and arm64
architectures: https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.kde.kstars

Flatpaks are the recommended packaging solution for all installation on all
Linux distributions.
