FS 2 FS2 hasn't been working for a few weeks

Hello to you. I hope you can help. My fs2 telescope control hasn't 
worked for a few weeks now. It is connected to the laptop with a serial 
USB adapter. I suspect that an Indian update was the cause. The FS2 
hardware has been tested by the manufacturer and is OK. Lubuntu 18.04.5 
is installed on my laptop. The FS2 has worked completely problem-free 
for many years. What can I do? Greetings, Michael
