Star Catalog Not Found

Loading a new Mac Book Pro with Sonoma and the M3 chip.  KStars version 3.7.1 Stable Build,: 2024-07-02T08:25:19Z.  For the last several days when I try to install the Tycho-2 Star Catalog I get the message Star Catalog not found.  I have tried using both Brave and the Safari as default browsers. Is there another way to download this file, and if so what directory and file should the catalog be placed in?
