Tycho 2 star catalog "file not found"

I'm not sure why the file isn't available, maybe some KDE mirror issue?
It's available here:

https://cdn.kde.org/edu/kstars/tycho2_mag_12.5-1.1.tar.bz2

deepstars.dat needs to be extracted to ~/.local/share/kstars/
