Manual rotator for KStars/EKOS

Hi,

Last week I found a video on how to use the Manual Rotator in N.I.N.A. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwpOO7CsD7U&ab_channel=PatriotAstro).
This seems like very nice functionality to also have available in KStars.
I think it should be possible to implement this functionality in KStars, as KStars/EKOS does already support rotators and already has Plate Solving functionality.
In the video they also describes something about a special item in the scheduler, I know that is done differently in EKOS.
As I don't have a automatic rotator and have never used the rotator functionality in EKOS, I don't know how that currently works.

Is there already such functionality availabe?
If not, is this funcationality already on the feature list?

I hope it will be possible.

I do have quite some C++ experience and would like to participate in development of this feature. I have created the Bahtinov Focus Assistent for KStars/EKOS in the past.
