Versions of .esq files

Jasem et al,

Phillip, cc'd, sent me an esq file (attached and also inside issue below)
which clearly has LRGB filters in it if you read the xml inside the file.
However it is a "version 2.1" sequence queue file (current version seems to
be 2.4).

If I load this file with the current software, I get the wrong filters
loaded. My strong guess is that this is related to optical train changes in
the software.

We either need to tell users that old esq files should be discarded, or
parse these files correctly.
