indi_sv305_ccd on OSX: Works on KStars!

I was able to get an OSX version of indi_sv305_ccd compiled and linked on OSX, late last week!
It works!

The hardest part was coercing the Makefile into compatibility with the BSD-like architecture of my Macintosh.
