recent commit crashing kstars

Wolfgang and I took a look, and it seems the recent commit

    rearranged initialization (#0 Prelude) of dialogs in "Guide" to ensure

is causing the guider to crash (somehow the guider's fitsview is a nullptr)

Jasem, Can you please revert that commit (and I assume its companion commit
which likely depends on it):

    improve guider binning setting/saving and check supported binning of
    guider camera to inform user in the log window of EKOS


until it's figured out what the issue is?

BTW, its easy (at least for both me and Wolfgang) to recreate. Simply start
up the simulator, connect to Indi, slew to somewhere away from the pole,
start guiding, crash.
