Indi timing

Hi Hy,

All the Mac stuff for INDI, Kstars, and StellarSolver as well as any dependencies in Craft is and has been compiled as RelWithDebInfo for the last couple of years.  I believe the Windows versions are also compiled that way.

I don’t know about the PPA/linux version
