KStars 3.5.4 release plan

Hello everyone,

We're a bit overdue for this release as I follow up with a few
remaining issues of the major DSO refactoring by the GSoC project
championed by Valentin. Otherwise, I think we're good to go for
release shortly.

Any show stoppers or major issues to be resolved for this release?

Robert, can you please check if the build under MacOS is good to go?
Perhaps we can release a beta soon.
