old releases

Hi Hy,
Yes, to all of these questions. The Mac DMGs after 3.5.0 are all stored on the server and you can always download the older ones. And if one is lost from the server, I do have my own backups. I know there is a page somewhere that has an index to the old downloads, but I can’t seem to find it right now. The same is true for Windows, the old versions back to 3.5.0 are still on the server.
There are older releases on Github for the source code: https://github.com/KDE/kstars/releases <https://github.com/KDE/kstars/releases>. But I think this is a bit out of date since the latest one I see there is 2.9.8
There are more recent stable branches on Github: https://github.com/KDE/kstars/branches/active <https://github.com/KDE/kstars/branches/active> but I don’t know if this is the best source for them.
Thats about all that I know about it.
Rob

Sure, they could have backed up, but could we provide this service to them? BTW, of course, users who compile can do this in a straight-forward manner, but I'm assuming that those who compile are not those making that kind of complaint.
