I also hit that, and it's pre-stellarsolver for some part. 

I see manual ADU is not working if I change the option in an existing sequence job, and Capture restarts adjusting the mean value. This makes DarkFlats difficult to take too. Besides, but it is a known issue, exposure value in the queue table doesn't update after adjustment.
