KStars v3.5.0 Release Date?

One way we can meet Oct. 22nd release date is by defauling on Linux/Mac to
Local astrometry.net + Builtin Extractor (i.e. whatever used by
astrometry.net)
This way users can still experiment with built in SEP and stellarsolver if
they need to.
