Migration to Gitlab

tl;dr,

1. Upload your SSH key to invent.kde.org (use identity.kde.org credentials
to login)
2. In your local clone of KStars, execute: git remote set-url origin
git at invent.kde.org:education/kstars.git
3. git pull to test
