KStars Developers Hangout #1

Hello,

I am attempting to enumerate topics from the forum wishlist that could 
be discussed during the next hangout.

A very preliminary and rough list is 
https://github.com/TallFurryMan/kstars/issues. I am offering to transfer 
them to gitlab (with better writing, sure), so that we may vote to 
discuss prioritary ones.

I suggest that generally we write interesting topics before calls at 
invent.kde.org, discuss, add information, then assign those we plan to 
follow-up to maintainers.
