KStars v3.3.6 is released

Hello everyone,

After a lot of work and some cross-platform last-minute fixes, KStars
v3.3.6 is released for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

3.3.5 was released yesterday as a tarball, but I later found that it
wouldn't build on Windows & BSD, so we had to quickly release 3.3.6 to
amend that mistake.
