Hello Wolfgang & Eric,

I think we should continue this discussion either on KStars mailing list or
on an INDI forum thread.

I added Hans to this conversation since he plans to work on the weather
handling as well. Previously, the simple implementation is that if
WEATHER_STATUS is ALERT then an observatory shutdown is initiated. It
worked quite simply, but weather handling can offer a lot more flexibility
than that and this is where Hans wants to contribute.
