Universal AStyle syntax

Hello,

Just a reminder to all developers to use this astyle so that we don't get
unnecessary changes in GIT due to style differences. I am in fault here
since I used slightly two different .astyle files on two machines and just
noticed I've been introducing unnecessary style differences that messes up
the GIT diffs and they're less useful.

So create .astyle under your $HOME directory and include this in it:

--style=allman
--align-reference=name
--indent-switches
--indent-modifiers
--indent-classes
--pad-oper
--indent-col1-comments
--lineend=linux
