KStars window management

Hi,

Another issue that came around while testing KStars on OSX is window
management.

When maximizing/making full screen kstars, INDI control panel and Ekos get
to be fullscreen too.

Sometimes dialog that should be clickable are not, and sometimes windows
get lost.

What I was thinking is that this is actually a bit more of a general issue,
but it's mitigated by less strict window policies on other systems.

Could a solution to improve usability be making KStars, Ekos and INDI
control panel all tabs? Detachable tabs, even better, so it can be also
kept as it is now.
