Help with KStars bug fixing

Hello,
I have not contributed to KStars for 3 or 4 years, but now I have some
time to try to solve some bugs. I just tried to do bug triage but
realised that I have no permissions on KDE Bugtracking System any more
to edit bug reports.
If someone could fix that, I will be happy to help ;)
