Dear Artem

I think Qt is a sufficiently safe thing to depend on. If you need to
use something from Qt 5.3, please go ahead. It is good to avoid using
things from non-packaged versions of Qt, because building Qt might not
be a convenient option for many of our users who also use the git
version.
