[Kstars-devel] Using scripts to port to QtQuick 2

Hi all,

Can anyone who has used perl scripts to port applications advise me about
its dangers? I am working on porting the what's interesting tool to QML 2
and am thinking of applying these scripts

I am not sure what to expect out of it, and also if I should adopt this
method at all in the first place. Could anyone tell me if this would be a
good idea?
