Hi,

Guys from KStars have changed Cities.dat into SQLite database during  
revamping location dialog and now the city names are untranslatable (at  
least with the current toolchain and frameworks branch).

So fixing and translating is untrivial thing now.

Thanks in advance for any help in fixing the current state of arts.
