Hi Akarsh,

In this year's Akademy, there was a usability testing for my feature,
where it was deemed strange to have a "No Equipment" option when
not selecting either "Telescope" or "Binoculars" should mean that the
user has no equipment.

I however personally did not feel it was that bad to have a "No
Equipment" option in the Equipment Settings dialog.
