[Kstars-devel] bleeding-edge branch

Hi

Since we aren't careful when tagging happens and we end up releasing
master as-is, I think it makes sense, like Rafal pointed out, to have
a devel or bleeding-edge branch. We came up with bleeding-edge being a
more fun name, so I just created the bleeding-edge branch.

Primary development work can shift to the bleeding-edge branch, and we
can merge with master every time we find that bleeding-edge is in good
condition.

Does this sound good?
