[Kstars-devel] comet.dat update

[Regner Trampedach]

Dear kstars developers,

   I have picked up a new set of comet ephemerides
from http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/dat/ELEMENTS.COMET
and reformatted slightly to allow kstars to read it
(deleted two header lines and removed 8 spaces
from the name field). That file is gzip'ped and
attached. I hope you can use and redistribute. It
includes all the upcoming and potentially spectacular
comets of this year.
