[Kstars-devel] Review Request-Display of meaningful tooltips

Hi,
      I'm  Raghavendra from Bangalore.

       The tooltips displayed for options in 'view tool bar' have been
modified to display meaningful tooltips like, if the 'stars' are currently
visible it shows "Make stars invisible" and vice versa.This gives more
clarity to the users.

I am attaching the patch file (kstar_tooltip.patch) and the screenshots of
the result.All the changes are made in the 'kstarsactions.cpp' and
'kstarsinit.cpp'.
