[Kstars-devel] New transient labels

Hello!

I have interesting rewrite of transient labels. Idea is to use QToolTip 
to display information about object under cursor instead of regular 
labels. It's more informative (currently only name and magnitude), 
prettier (IMO) and visible.

What's most important this approach is way simpler that current one.
It require only one timer and completely contained in the SkyMap class.

If no one is againist this change I'll push patches. They work for both 
backends


P.S. It has interesting side effects of making bug 210714[1] very obvious.
