Hey all,

just wanted to give you a quick update: we received a larger than
expected number of applications for SOCIS, and right now we are trying
to see if management is open to increase the funding for the
initiative. We are still aiming to publish the list of organizations
today, but there's a realistic possibility that the official
announcement will slip to tomorrow.
