Hi,

You are probably talking about bug #279026, a crash caused by the
change of format of asteroid data files. It has been fixed in the
latest development version. However, there is a workaround for it. See
Alexey's comment on https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=279026 :

"Delete files comets.dat and asteroids.dat from ~/.kde/share/apps/kstars."
