Wow! Given that the old system was not working too well (I remember a
time when ISS / HST would transit the sky every two minutes), it's
great to know that you've come up with a replacement.

As long as it gives accurate results, as checked against say,
www.heavens-above.com I have nothing against your changes.

I'll try and test the patch some time during the weekend, but I can't
promise. In any case, I would trust your code. I'd give a +1 vote for
this.
