[Kstars-devel] GSoC update

Hi

A quick look through the proposals tells me that KStars did not get any GSoC
students this summer unless I missed something. I don't know why, but KDE,
which consistently has had ca 125 proposals had only 75 thus time.

We might have SoK students, though. Let's hope for the best.
