[Kstars-devel] Soft Feature Freeze happened

Hi

Trunk is now frozen for features other than those listed in the
Feature plan:

String changes and bugfixes are still allowed.

As you notice, I've already put up OpenGL stuff, Starhop stuff and the
database stuff out there, so we needn't fret about them, as long as
they are merged before the hard feature freeze.
