Hi Jan

I'm not sure about Cities.dat, but it's terribly inaccurate. You might
want to see if there's a way to get things out of Marble. However, I
think you can use it. 

You _might_ be able to dig out details of the licensing of Cities.dat
from this mailing list's archives, because I remotely remember Jason
mentioning that they were put together by hand, so it was GPL. Not
sure, though.

Some images are under non-commercial use licenses. You can read about
them in the README.images file in the kdeedu/kstars directory.
