[Kstars-devel] Google Sky Map application on Android

Hi,

Just thought of sharing this.
I got lucky to use HTC Hero Android phone for a week or so and installed
'google sky map' on it.

The app is such that it shows the stars, constellations, moon, planets and
deep sky objects based on the orientation (i.e. accelerometer based) and
based on the GPS location of the device. It even shows the sky objects below
horizon.
Try it out if you happen to get a device by downloading it from android
market (app store).
