in case you are working on your GSoC application and consider putting
it off until the last minute: please do us all a favor and don't.
Submit it early. This way you will get feedback and can be sure to not
get hit by any problems close to the deadline. Thank you!
You can still edit your proposal until the submission deadline if you
submit it now.
