Then it is wrong, maybe I should update this on techbase.kde.org.

Why I'm sure to know that?

Oh, I'm the person keeping the language x-test up to date each day (I did not 
invent this language, that was our famous 'Coolo').

There is only one exception to this rule (every string without surrounding 
"xx" is untranslatable):
If this string is from a *.desktop, you have to wait until scripty picks up my 
update for language "x-test" and spreads the updated *.desktop.po file 
translations, then you have to update the application and install it to get 
the updated desktop files with the new translations for 'x-test' into the 
proper place.
