It is resolved in 9.10.

Hi Gang 
Newest ubuntu distro- In kde/kstars the devices menu is not visible so I can
not control my telescope,- just wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Is
there a workaround? Is there an eta for a working version?  Thanks for any
info in advance
