[Kstars-devel] Update the feature plan!

Hi all KDE-Edu developers,

Now that we are almost in freeze (midnight today), please update the feature 
plan:
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.4_Feature_Plan#kdeedu
especially KStars and Marble. 
Other developers might want to add any feature they would like to highlight, 
this is useful to write the release announcement!
