Hello.

Now I have n svn account (khudyakov) so I've just commited these patch myself. 

One more issue with SkyObject::transitAltitude is that refraction is not 
accounted for. This could be easily observed by selected star at transit 
(preferably near horizon). Actual altitude will be bigger that transit 
altitude which is somewhat strange. 

I'm leaning to that it's a bug and should be fixed.
