[Kstars-devel] i18n issues in context menu and "Find Object" dialog

For all deep-sky object names in data/ngcic.dat Messages.sh generates 
i18nc("object name (optional)", "foo") e. g. in this case with "Sunflower 
Galaxy".

But there is no i18nc("object name (optional)", "...") in kstars code, so 
*all* names of deep sky objects are untranslated in the GUI.

Got that one, missig i18n call in kspopupmenu.cpp, fix attached.
