SVN commit 993343 by prakash:

Merging all the changes from the branch into the trunk.
This includes :
1. A new KSAlmanac class for all almanac calculations
2. Filter by Magnitude feature in WUT
3. A really new observing list, with loads of new features.
4. Many intendation edits in the ui files
