[Kstars-devel] Improving readability in KStarInit

Hello 

Action initialization code isn't very readable. Long sheets of text lacking 
visual anchor are generally difficult to understand. I rewrote it in more 
concise manner. 

My main concern is readability. So could anyone review this patch?
