[Kstars-devel] Drawing comet tail patch

Thanks to Akarsh telling me to update comet data from
http://mpcreader.sourceforge.net/comets.dat. I can do a good test.

Now the new patch draws relatively nice looking comet tails pointing
away from the sun. Enjoy!
