SVN commit 822847 by harris:

Fix bug #164494: M76 is represented twice in the 
Steinicke NGC/IC catalog.

This happened because M 76 does actually belong to two 
NGC objects: 650 and 651.  To avoid ambiguity, I 
removed the M76 label from NGC 651.

You'll have to install version 1.1 of the Steinicke 
catalog to see the changes.
