Not really, because I merged James' patch for the mag limit into the
branch for this very purpose! James' formula does not read the
zoomed-in magnitude limit at all, so it works fine for me.

Yeah. That's probably because James' formula runs a little too fast on
magnitude. But if it is the "right" formula to use, maybe we should
stick with it, and just use a different formula for sizes. Anyway, we
could decide that soon.
