Hi Jasem,

Are they completely optional? It looks like I am unable to build
without them. I get the following errors:

CMake Error: FLI_DIR is not set.  It must be set to the directory
containing FLIConfig.cmake in order to use FLI.
CMake Error: APOGEE_DIR is not set.  It must be set to the directory
containing APOGEEConfig.cmake in order to use APOGEE.

Could you help me here?
