The WUT dialog now works.  Got rid of all kde3support classes in the UI.  
Made the code more sensible.  

The dialog is rendeerd much wider than it needs to be, given the 
contents.  I tried many things to fix this, to no avail.  The preview of 
the UI file in designer is sized correctly, so I don't understand what 
the problem is.
